AGGIELAND Summer 2018 Sports Performance Training
Coach Lewis and Challenge will be offering a 3-week summer performance training program. The focus of the program will be to improve the player's speed, agility and strength. The goal is to improve player’s performance and reduce injuries through improving the overall Athlete.
Dates: Wednesday, July 11th, 18th, 25th @ Field House Sports
