Summer 2018 Sports Performance Training
Coach Lewis and Challenge will be offering a 5-week summer performance training program. The focus of the program will be to improve the player's speed, agility and strength. The goal is to improve player’s performance and reduce injuries through improving the overall Athlete.
Dates: Monday, June 18th – Thursday, July 26th
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday @ Burroughs Park
6:00-7:00 PM classes (ages 09-08-07-06)
7:00-8:00 PM classes (ages 05-04-03-02-01-00)
Players can register to attend 1, 2 or 3-times per week.
